Call New Web Leads Who Gave Written Consent

Our lead follow-up add-on calls people who submitted your web form and checked a consent box naming your business. It is for responding to those inquiries while you are occupied with clients.

  • Start with permission

Use a web-form consent box that names your business.

  • Respond during calling hours

Attempt contact within about a minute when the lead qualifies.

  • Gather the inquiry

Ask what the caller needs before handing the details to you.

This add-on starts a conversation with a person who asked your business to call. A buyer may want to discuss a property, while a seller may be asking for an agent to contact them about a home.

Your receptionist follows the intake questions and business information you provide. Calls are attempted within about a minute during the allowed window, from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the lead's local time. That timing describes an attempt to reach the person, not a promise that they will answer or become a client.

Move From a Consented Inquiry to an Agent Handoff

The process starts with the consent record, then a call during the lead's local calling hours. Your receptionist discloses that it is a virtual assistant and that recording is on before taking the inquiry.

  • Check the record

Require written permission covering calls from your business before outreach.

  • Ask your intake questions

Collect the request and details needed for an agent callback.

  • Limit attempts

Make one attempt plus one retry, with opt-outs honored immediately.

A permitted follow-up call uses your business's intake process to establish what the person needs next. The assistant can take a buyer's property question, collect a seller's request for contact, or book an appointment into Google Calendar under your instructions.

We make one attempt plus one retry and honor opt-outs at once. After a call, email and app push alerts provide the summary, urgency tag, transcript, and recording. Read the record before responding so your next conversation starts with the person's request and any questions that require your judgment.

Set Your Consent Process, Intake, and Handoff Rules

You supply the business information and intake instructions, and you are responsible for consent records for follow-up calls. Set the questions and next steps before enabling the add-on for your web inquiries.

  • Keep consent records

Retain permission that covers the follow-up calls your business requests.

  • Define useful intake

Explain which buyer and seller details your next conversation needs.

  • Choose the handoff

Take a callback message or book under your appointment policy.

Use one fixed consent box, unchecked by default, with a consent record: "By checking this box, I agree that [Your business name] may call me at the phone number above about my request, including calls made with automated technology and an AI voice assistant. Consent is not a condition of purchase. I can say "stop" on any call and I won't be called again."

Calls reach only the 50 US states within about a minute, 8 a.m.-8 p.m. the lead's time; otherwise, next morning. Each number gets at most one follow-up daily: one attempt plus one retry 10 minutes later. website chat for real estate inquiries is separate. A chat or form submission alone isn't consent.

Keep Outreach Within Consent and Calling Limits

Follow-up requires leads to tick your own web form's fixed consent box, unchecked by default, naming your business and AI calls, or the same consent posted by your form tool. Portal leads carry portal consent and do not qualify.

  • Use permitted inquiries

No cold calls, purchased leads, or list dialing are offered.

  • Exclude portal leads

The follow-up add-on does not call leads from property portals.

  • Respect the stop request

Honor an opt-out immediately rather than making another attempt.

Our follow-up add-on calls only leads who submit your own web form and tick our fixed consent box. The box is unchecked by default and names your business and AI calls. A form tool can also post the same consent text to your follow-up address.

Leads from portals such as Zillow carry the portal's consent, not yours, so they do not qualify. Receiving a lead or phone number does not establish permission.

Keep a record covering the person, the number, and calls from your business. The service uses the lead's local 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. calling window, one attempt plus one retry, and immediate opt-outs.

Hear the Intake Before You Set Up Follow-Up Calls

The browser demo lets you hear buyer and seller intake through a fictional business. Use it to evaluate the questions and agent handoff, then configure your own rules and consent process during setup.

  • Try a buyer inquiry

Give the fictional assistant a property question to collect.

  • Play a seller

Ask for an agent to discuss an inherited house.

  • Listen for boundaries

Check that value opinions and negotiation questions go to the agent.

Try the demo's buyer yard-sign scenario or inherited-house seller scenario to assess how the assistant gathers an inquiry. These fictional conversations let you hear the intake approach; they do not submit a real lead or demonstrate an outbound callback to your phone.

Use the buyer and seller browser demo before deciding whether the conversation fits your business. Then request a free trial for your receptionist; you'll provide your instructions and arrange the calling add-on with the required consent process. Keep opinions on value, pricing strategy, negotiations, and compensation with the agent.

Quick answers

Will it call my new web leads within a minute?

The add-on attempts a call within about a minute for qualifying web-form leads during the 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. window in their local time. The person must have checked a consent box naming your business, with the required written consent record. The timing is an attempt, and reaching the person depends on whether they answer.

Can it call leads from a real estate portal?

No. The follow-up add-on does not call portal leads, including Zillow and Realtor.com inquiries, regardless of the portal's consent. That consent is the portal's, not the box naming your business on your own site form. We call only people who ticked that box on your site. We do not call purchased leads or dial prospect lists.

What written consent do I need for follow-up calls?

Our service requires prior express written consent covering the follow-up calls, with a web-form consent box naming your business and a record of that permission. You are responsible for those records. The consent box wording is fixed and cannot be edited; it covers the artificial-voice calls being authorized. A person's contact details alone do not meet our service's consent requirement.

How many times will it try a lead, and can they opt out?

The service makes one attempt plus one retry within its local calling hours. If the person opts out, we honor that request immediately. It does not keep dialing until someone answers. Review the call record to understand what the person requested before your team decides on an appropriate next step.

Can the follow-up call book an agent appointment?

Your receptionist can book an appointment into Google Calendar under the instructions you provide, or gather details for your callback. A seller asking about value gets an agent handoff rather than a valuation from the AI. Set the booking policy so the promised next step matches what you want your team to do.

Does it update Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, or Lofty?

Direct CRM connections are not live at launch. You receive a call summary that you can enter into Follow Up Boss, BoldTrail, Lofty, or the records you use. Email and app push alerts also include the urgency tag, transcript, and recording, so you can review the conversation before moving the inquiry forward.
